Boost: Saspoint5 distribution
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The SaS point5 distribution is a stable distribution (see Wikipedia :cite:p:`WikipediaDis94`) with the shape parameters `\alpha=1/2, \beta=0`. The Saspoint5 distribution is linear with respect to the location parameter `\mu` and scale parameter `c`.

.. math:: p(x_1; \mu_1, c_1) = p \left(x :=  \frac{x_1 - \mu_1}{c_1}; \mu:=0, c := 1  \right) \cdot \frac{1}{c_1}.

The support interval is `(-\infty,+\infty)`.
